4th Street between Juanita and W. Fleming in Mertzon, as of Aug. 1. A July 31 deadline in the MOU has passed, but the District appears to be operating in good faith. A wet July has slowed construction.

1. Ordinance 7-15-24, item 5: It is impossible to tell from this agenda description exactly what this is about, so I searched "7-15-24" on this site and...go here to review my previous coverage. This ordinance addresses special events, parades and block parties. If memory serves from a discussion at a meeting last month, perhaps the ordinance was recently neglected over the July 4 holiday.
