A. Agenda Analysis

1. Meeting time: This meeting is on the 14th at 6:30. Watch for my ICISD posting for their board meeting at 6:00 pm on the same day.

2. Alley closure, item 6: This particular closure (which is distinct from an abandonment of the right of way) has a fact specific public safety basis tied to it. I'm going to forgo my usual ordinance and statutory analysis.

3. Ordinances 20.02, 19.02 and 16.01, Items 7-9: Ordinance 20.02 appears to be a new agenda item, but the parades and block party ordinances are recent repeats.
